REQUIREMENTS

All questions from the GENERAL part must be answered. From the FUNCTIONAL part CCP part is required to fill. Then you must choose one set of questions either MARKETING or SALES.

Application package must contain:

  • Questionnaire CV (with your AIESEC and external experience)
  • Test results and conclusions (MBTI, PAEI, high5test)
  • Endorsement from your leader
  • Endorsement from your close person (parents, best friend...)

Application must be in English.

Application is desirable to fill in the form of a presentation. You need to answer the general question and the functional part. Send application to anushervonkhoni.akrami3@aiesec.net and a copy to elizaveta_kuznechenko@aiesec.net

QUESTIONNAIRE
GENERAL

YOU

  1. Introduce yourself. What it’s like to be you? What are your values and main life milestones?
  2. Why did you decide to apply? What was the key factor in making this decision? What is your ambition for the next forum?
  3. Name your strengths and weaknesses. How do they affect your life? How can you maintain your strengths and improve your weaknesses in the next term?
  4. Take Feedback 360 from 5-7 people (parents, friends, classmates). Necessarily, ask 2-3 people with whom you worked to describe your work style. Write start-stop-continue and make conclusions. Example of a Google form: https://forms.gle/VFL7Fd62ZfLAGpjy5
  5. Describe your life in 3 years. What will help you to become this kind of person? How can CCP experience help you with this?
  6. Describe your ideal team. Write at least 5 main indicators of a successful team and 5 initiatives on how to work on it.
  7. Create your schedule including CCP experience, study and free time (screenshot from your e-calendar)

5. What kind of culture does SPUEF SQUAD have now? What kind of culture and leaders do you want to see in SPUEF SQUAD in the next term?

FUNCTIONAL

CCP

  1. What is the value of BD in Global AIESEC, AIESEC Russia and SPUEF SQUAD?
  2. What is the value of the forum for Russian youth? For companies?
  3. Make a SWOT analyses of the past FW forum. Write its strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. How will you build on strengths, minimise weakness, seize opportunities and counteract threats?
  4. Make a target of 5 potential venues for forum realisation, on what terms can we collaborate?
  5. Think about the financial sustainability of the forum: suggest 3 tactics for getting profit from the forum
  6. Make a competitor analysis - write about at least 5 competitors, their advantages and disadvantages. What can be changed in our product to improve it?
  7. Describe how you see the team structure, what meetings and synergies are required for effective work of your team?
  8. Make timeline of the project preparation
  9. Present your strategy for the term.

SALES

  1. What is the value of forum for companies? Why companies should be interested in our product?
  2. Make the analyses of SALES funnel, and create the list of 3 ideas to improve every conversion rates
  3. Do some research on companies, make a target of 15 potential partners
  4. Make a SWOT analysis of "Future Wave" commercial proposal. What would you like to change in CP to achieve effective sales?
  5. What options will you offer to companies in CP? Write the cost of options, commercial packages and the benefit of each option/package for the company

MARKETING

  1. What is the value of forum for delegates? Why youth should be interested in our product? What is unique about the forum?
  2. Make the analysis of DELEGATES funnel, and create the list of 3 ideas to improve every conversion rates
  3. PR: Make an analysis of Attraction plan of this term. Which tactics are the most effective and solid? Right down at least 10 tactics (3 tactics must be unique) that you would like to use in your work and why
  4. SMM: Make a SWOT analysis of "Future Wave" VK group and TG channel. What would you like to change in your term and why?
  5. How many delegates would you like to see at the new forum? Analyze data and write TOP-3 sources of incoming registrations
Recommendations
  • Talk to the LC. Don't hesitate to approach members, TLs, and managers to find out about their experience. Find inspiration in their sharings
  • Approach current TLs and VPs!
  • Be mindful of the timeline, don't leave uploading files to the last moment
  • Show your true self!
