  5. How will you grow team leaders for the summer peak? Create a list of at least 5 initiatives.
  6. Which initiatives will you use to improve MATG and MX? Сompare the initiatives of the past two VPs, what worked/what didn’t. Which tactics you will use in your term and what exactly new tactics?
