  3. Make a market research. What are other opportunities that youth can take instead of oRV? Compare AIESEC with other 3 organizations.
  4. Make the analytics of sales funnel with every stage for the term 23.24 and 24.25 SP (fill out this tool).
  5. Create a Customer Journey Map of oRV customers with ideas to improve every stage.
  6. Make SWOT analysis of oRV in SPUEF SQUAD in the term 23.24 & 24.25 SP. How can you increase strengths, downplay weaknesses, utilize opportunities, and mitigate threats?
  7. What is stopping us from making at least 15 PAIDs a month now? What solutions do you see?
  8. What can we learn from other LCs in Russia that run oRV? Talk at least 3 VP oRV from other LCs and make conclusions.
  9. Make the analytics of MRV and MoRV synergies between VPs, TLs, members. What system, of work do you want to make?
  10. Present the structure of your department and their JD.
  11. Name your synergies during your work (Call each current VP and LCP). How will you work on it? What are the MoSes?
  12. Present your oRV strategy and timeline for the next peak.
